• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your booking date, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in or for no-shows.
