Bookings & Reservations
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your booking date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in or for no-shows.
Service Issues
If you experience a genuine issue during your stay or with any of our services, please contact us immediately. Refunds or partial credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on the nature of the issue and provided documentation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Promotional bookings or discounted rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Processing and administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Same-Day Shipping (UK-Wide)
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are eligible for same-day shipping across the UK.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time
- We offer same-day dispatch with delivery typically completed within 24 hours.
- In major UK cities, same-day delivery is often possible depending on courier availability.

- Flat-rate shipping: £4.99 for all UK orders
- Free shipping on all orders over £50
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

- Several improvements over other brands including use of the R828D tuner, built in HF upconverter, improved component tolerances, a 1 PPM temperature compensated oscillator (TCXO), SMA F connector, aluminum shielded case with thermal pad for passive cooling, improved filtering, activatable bias tee circuit and a much improved antenna set.
- Can tune from 500 kHz to 1.7 GHz and has up to 3.2 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth (2.4 MHz stable). Please note RTL-SDR dongles are RX only.
- Comes with our portable VHF/UHF dipole antenna kit. Great for beginners as it allows for terrestrial and satellite reception. Easy to mount outdoors and designed for portable and temporary outside usage. Please do not use outside during poor weather conditions. Not suitable for HF reception.
